Are you absorbing toxins in your moisturizer?

It's no surprise that many companies do not care about our health - just look at Johnson & Johnson and the baby powder causing cancer. We absorb what we put on our skin - at least 30% of the product is directly absorbed into our bloodstream! Including cancer-causing ingredients.

If that's not a reason to look more closely at your skin routine, then scroll away - you are about to learn the horrors of modern skin care - starting with moisturizers.

We started by looking at the most popular and reviewed moisturizers on Ulta, Target, and Amazon, and we were shocked! Inside Ulta's search, you'll find a specific filter for "clean beauty" - yet many of those results showed us that they were not the safest on EWG!

If you haven't heard of EWG, they are known as The Environmental Working Group, which focuses on having informed, thoughtful, and healthy choices in your daily life - including personal care products. Many products are unregulated, and the U.S. does less than other countries to protect citizens from chemicals that have been linked to cancer and reproductive harm.

Here are the worst offenders:

Here is a breakdown of what some of those hazardous ingredients can do or put you at risk.
